Assuming you can’t pay for our services it all depends on what your team is asking for. It can be access to content your organization produces, partial ownership of your organization, free promotion, and/or a voice in your organization’s decision making.

We don’t work with Children, that includes people who act like children. If you don’t have an adult in direct leadership, or enough mature people to take charge, don’t apply.

Aside from that hard standard. The two biggest things we are looking for are drive and competence. If we see those, we can make something work. Just don’t expect us to bend over backwards to make things work your way.

As I mention in our standards, it’s all about competence. If you have a lot of teams you’ve worked with in the past, a strong work ethic, and a clear plan of where you are going, we can definitely work something out.

Assuming you are going the investment route, How much percentage we take is based on how much you expect from us and how much your team is likely to be worth. It all depends on the individual case though.
